Our celebrated line of heavy-duty Institutional stoves were first deployed by the World Food Programme in its response to the 2010 Earthquake in Haiti and, ever since, have been the backbone of food preparation in schools, hospitals, social service centres, humanitarian relief settings, and other communal cooking arrangements where solid fuel is used.
Our institutional stoves can be fuelled either by wood or by recycled waste briquettes, using our proprietary cassette technology for achieving clean, efficient combustion in fuels with low calorific value.
Available in two sizes:
80L: feeds approximately 200 people
40L: feeds approximately 100 people
